I've basically lived w/ a lower back fracture since I was 14. I've been to two other Chiropractors and Orthopedic DR's through the years. So when my back "went out" in April I LUCKILY found Back on Track. So to keep this short: In my first couple of visits I was well on my way to feeling normal. Since then I feel better than I have in years. My range of motion for a 6' 7". 290 pound, 50 year old is astounding. Dr. Woods being a big guy himself is able to give me adjustments the other two Chiropractors were just unable to do. As to the staff, very informative, caring and work w/ my insurance company to make every visit and payment hassle free. I have the highest for the DR.s and staff and am thankful I found Back on Track! ~ Dobis 3

This establishment is awesome. They are fast,very helpful and knowledgeable. I came here back in March for a DOT physical.The receptionist was very friendly and understanding. They sent my form through email to fill out before I arrived at my appointment days before and I didn’t even have to print it. Very seamless and effortless process. Fast forward My 2yr old tore my medical card in 3 pieces. I couldn’t take my road test. Came up here same day and had it filled out and signed oh and LAMINATED w/ in 5 to 8 minutes! Love this place! I travel for work and i am in constant pain so i try to find a chiro whenever it gets to be unbearable. Not only am i in constant pain , its a really specific area in my back that most chiros just cant adjust properly. my first time here dr woods was able to adjust it almost effortlessly and i felt like a new man the second i stood up. i have numerous problematic joints that he addressed as well. its a shame i dont live locally otherwise id be coming in more often but this will be the only dr i will be seeing when i stop in the memphis area. ~ Tronger T

I've been training Martial Arts for most of my life and was told I needed to find a good Chiropractor, because often in training I am being crushed with pressure and folded up like a pretzel. It got to the point that I thought i was going to scale back on my training, because I couldn't get out of bed in the morning without sharp pain in my back. I saw two other Chiropractor's...I won't share their names. One of them actually made the pain worst with his adjustments, and another didn't even give me a exam to find out where I was having trouble at. A freind told me I should try Back ON Track and I have not regretted it. It took a number of adjustments up front to get my issues resolved, but it worked and I can do what I love without pain. I still go in now once to once every other month, because I teach and train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Top Notch Taekwondo in Southaven, MS. I recommend Dr. Woods to all my students, and hope if you are reading this and are on the fence about seeing a Chiropractor...give it a shot. Alan Shade ~ Alan S

Dr. Woods and his staff explained every step of the process to me. I've had two shoulder surgeries that have limited my movement in my shoulder. He got my shoulder back to moving like it did pre surgery from 2012. He also adjusted my back and hips. If you are looking for a chiropractor he is the one to go to in the north Mississippi area. If you're tired of sitting in a waiting room for an hour or more, I'd give him a chance to earn your business. Thank you Dr. Woods ~ Timothy B

Was a good place now they making people pay two hundred dollars to for a sleep test don't waste your time coming here then they lie been coming here since I had CDLs same size nothing changed now all of a sudden I need a sleep test did can't get but a 3 month medical card then they basically force you to use they service talking bout with them it's 185 somewhere else it's thousands of dollars I don't recommend coming here at all they scamming extra money ~ La'terria T

I am so glad I found Dr. Woods & Back on Track Chiropractic! I've had neck & hip pain for years. I made an appointment with Dr. Woods and he gave me a thorough exam & x-rays. Now, after 3 visits I am pain free! The process was so easy. The practice manager, James takes care of all the insurance questions and paperwork to expedite your appointment. Dude, seriously, this place is THE best for drug tests, physicals, and back/neck checks—all in one spot! I was sweating bullets in my work boots, not knowing what to expect, but after my physical, I was like, "Heck yeah, awesome! No other clinic compares." they are incomparable. Just take your time. I had an excellent experience at Back On Track Chiropractic. They scheduled my appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. Everyone, from the desk receptionist to the doctor, was polite, friendly and showed great customer service. Dr. Woods explained everything I needed to know thoroughly, yet at the same time I was in and out of my appointment quickly. I would definitely recommend this office. ~ Eddie C

Dr. Woods is an amazing chiropractor and person. I was in a motorcycle accident doing about 80 mph and a piece of blowout tire was thrown at me from the vehicle in front of me. Wearing all protective gear I still was lucky to be alive. My ankle swollen to the point I couldn't walk on it after the adrenaline wore off. Road rash all over my body I couldn't get around. I called Dr. Woods on Saturday and he came to work on Sunday to get me back in line. A quick adjustment of my spine and a painful adjustment of my foot and the next day I could walk without crutches or a cane, my pain reduced to the point my pain medication use was dramatically reduced. My range of motion was extremely improved and my mood was tenfold better. When it came to time to pay Dr. Woods and James were more than fair with my situation. Dr. Woods gave me such great service and compassion to help me heal 4 days and two visits and I am able to walk and get around it is a miracle. If you are hurting from an accident or just from living (growing old hurts) give Dr. Woods the opportunity to make your body work again. He really can help! ~ S S

I've been experiencing lower back pain for years. I had been trying lose weight for some time, but wasn't able to walk further than 2 miles because of the extreme pain in my back. Dr. Woods was able to heal my herniated disc back to health! I've been able to walk upwards of 14 miles in a day with no pain! I haven't felt this good in years and had no clue a routine Chiropractic visit would be so life changing. I highly recommend it! ~ Andrew C

The staff is absolutely great. From the time you walk in the office until you leave everyone is very nice an professional. The doctor and the staff that do the DOT physical or top notch.. you're not waiting all day in the office to get your Dot physical you're in and you're out. For any skeptics about chiropractors in general, go see this guy as soon as possible. You will leave his office with a brand new outlook on the entire profession. Not to mention, if you are having any back issues whatsoever, you will not only leave with a positive outlook and better understanding of what these guys do, but you will feel 100% better. It's been a couple of years since I had been here for the DOT physical due to the company I worked for using another company. Dr. Woods and staff were still the same quick, efficient folks they were in the past. You don't spend hours sitting in the waiting room like at some big corporate labs...and they do it while being very pleasant. I wish more places were like this. ~ Lee P

I just recently went in for my very first DOT physical, and needless to say that I was nervous as heck. Angie, the nurse whom performed my physical was extremely courteous and so helpful. I needed a copy of my long form for my job and I made a call to the back on track office and even though they weren’t open yet Dr woods answered the phone and told me I could come in get a copy even though it was 10 months after my physical. Great Dr here! Visit was fast , & friendly service from staff and he seems to really care about drivers not about ripping drivers off with unnecessary Sleep studies. I would record this clinic to anyone who has to pay for their own physical (owner/operators) at $50 you can't beat it!! He also has a line of health supplements if you have Bp, Diabetes, back pain ~ Sherry N

I've taken two DOT physicals at Back on Track Chiropractic and both times have been great. The staff at Back on Track Chiropractic is professional and courteous. The facility is nice and clean and is easily accessible. There's plenty of parking. I've never had any problems concerning my physical. I will be returning to take another physical when my current physical expires. ~ Bernard D

I visited to get my DOT physical and they got me right in as I called and scheduled appointment the same day. I came in early and they didn’t make me wait since there was an opening and got me seen right away.
